222 Gun Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform

1Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document. Understanding them will help you navigate the rest of these Terms and Conditions with clarity.

2Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at 222 Gun, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 222 Gun does not permit accounts for individuals under 18 under any circumstances. Age verification is conducted at registration and at withdrawal, and misrepresentation of age results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or under any active exclusion period from 222 Gun or a linked responsible gaming register.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account represents one individual and that individual alone.
• You acknowledge that gaming for real money carries financial risk and that you are participating voluntarily, with funds you can afford to lose.

3Registration & Verification

When you register at 222 Gun, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a Pakistani payment method in your own name.

222 Gun reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g. mobile wallet screenshot or bank statement)
• Proof of address where required by compliance procedures

Withdrawal requests above defined thresholds will always require successful identity verification. Until verification is completed, withdrawal processing may be paused. This is a standard compliance requirement, not a punitive measure, and the process typically takes less than 24 hours once documents are submitted.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 222 Gun will never ask for your password by any means. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 222 Gun accepts deposits in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.

Withdrawals: You may withdraw your real money balance at any time provided your account is fully verified and there are no active bonus wagering requirements on the funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, with priority routing for VIP account holders.

Processing Times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers complete within two hours during standard banking hours (09:00–17:00 PKT, Monday–Friday). Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

Currency: All transactions at 222 Gun are conducted exclusively in PKR. There are no foreign exchange fees and no currency conversion steps. The balance you see in your account is exactly what you will receive upon withdrawal, minus any applicable bank transfer fees charged by your own payment provider (not by 222 Gun).

Declined or Delayed Withdrawals: Withdrawals may be held for review if unusual activity is detected, if verification documents are outstanding, or if a compliance review is triggered. 222 Gun will notify you of any hold within 24 hours and will provide a clear explanation of what is required to release the funds.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 222 Gun are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. The general rules in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit match bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) a stated number of times before the bonus-derived funds are released as withdrawable PKR.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Cricket and sports betting contribute 100%; Aviator contributes 100%; card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Rummy) contribute 75%; live casino table games contribute 50%; live roulette contributes 25%. These rates are fixed and apply to all standard promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms will be removed from the account. The player's real money deposit is not affected by a bonus expiry — only the unclaimed bonus balance is removed.
• Abuse and Collusion: 222 Gun monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to generate guaranteed bonus profit, coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other conduct intended to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have promotions suspended and any derived winnings may be voided.
• One Promotion at a Time: Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus can be active per account at any time. Activating a new bonus while another is incomplete may forfeit the incomplete bonus.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed at 222 Gun are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. The following general rules apply across the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 222 Gun does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation, except in the specific circumstances described in event-level rules (for example, abandoned cricket matches or cancelled fixtures).
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply on a per-market basis. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by game type and event category.
• For live cricket betting, odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or connectivity issue that results in a bet being placed in circumstances that would not have been possible under normal conditions, 222 Gun reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. This decision is final and applies equally to all affected bets regardless of the direction of the outcome.
• For Aviator and crash games, the provably fair algorithm governs all outcomes. The crash point for each round is determined and cryptographically hashed before the round begins. Any player can independently verify round outcomes using the published hash values. This system ensures 222 Gun cannot alter outcomes after the round starts.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 222 Gun platform. Accounts found to be engaged in any of these activities will be closed immediately and all balances will be subject to review and potential forfeiture:

• Providing false personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account in your name
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the 222 Gun platform in a manner not consistent with ordinary human use
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, display glitches, or pricing discrepancies in any game or betting market
• Placing bets using information not publicly available — including inside information about match outcomes, player conditions, or team decisions
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption related to any event available on the platform
• Transferring funds between 222 Gun accounts, or using the platform as a mechanism to move funds between payment methods without genuine gaming activity
• Using the platform while under a self-exclusion period from 222 Gun or any linked gaming register

8Responsible Gaming

222 Gun takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a compliance formality, but as a genuine operational commitment. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Request a temporary break from the platform of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Your balance is preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term self-exclusion removes your access to the platform entirely. A minimum self-exclusion period of six months applies, after which reinstatement requires a formal review process. 222 Gun will not send marketing communications to self-excluded accounts.

9Privacy & Data

• Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes

10Liability

222 Gun provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, during which bets in progress will be treated according to the relevant event rules.

222 Gun's liability to any player is limited to the real money balance held in that player's account at the time any claim arises. 222 Gun is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including but not limited to lost profits or opportunity costs arising from platform unavailability.

Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the 222 Gun platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. 222 Gun does not represent that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

11Changes to These Terms

222 Gun may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing language) may take effect immediately and will be reflected in the version date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 222 Gun platform after the effective date of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining real money balance without any penalty.

• Stage 2: If the Stage 1 response is unsatisfactory, escalate in writing to the 222 Gun Compliance Team. A formal written decision will be issued within 14 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or, where applicable, independent arbitration.
